BoltConnect
BoltConnect is a UK based company formed to provide Virtual Private Servers running on Windows Server 2003
and dedicated server hosting.
We fill the gap in the market for low cost Internet products that don't compromise quality and real customer
service.
All of our products include round-the-clock call out in case of an emergency.
We have many years of experience in Windows server, web, mail and database administration. We
take pride in what we are here to offer; it is in our own interest, and that of our customers,
to exceed the level of service we would wish for ourselves.
Infrastructure
Our servers are hosted in the IFL2 datacentre. This state-of-the-art facility located in the city of
Manchester opened on January 14th 2005 - it boasts multiple levels of both power and data redundancy,
and physical security is second to none.
In addition to under floor air conditioning, a network of VESDA smoke detection nodes and an FM200 fire
supression system, the facility is equipped with CCTV cameras, motion detectors and guards on site 24/7.
Power redundancy is handled by multiple UPS banks and a generator with over a weeks worth of fuel, and
our network is multi-homed with enough redunant links and peer agreements to ensure that network downtime is
even less likely than a power outage.
